Two Ball Play

These are fun, playful, juggling practices that naturally bring more agility and coordination.

And along the way, more happiness!

Tips:
  • you can add a ball to any of the one ball play games
  • the higher you throw the more time you have, but also less control
Cross-Arm Drops and Catches:
  • The easiest start will likely be dropping with the arms parallel and palms up, and getting the cross catch
  • Then try dropping with the arms crossed and the parallel catch
  • Then try dropping with your palms down - (claw hand drops)
  • Check the different ways the arms can cross - varying which arm is on top
  • It's interesting to note the hardest patterns
